*Updated Totals:  sales that were posted late have increased the sold home totals.  (All data was derived from the Mid Florida Regional MLS).

Although sales numbers for Seminole County dipped in January (which is our usual trend) I’m genuinly encouraged by the number of homes that are currently under contract, 635 pending sales is the highest number of homes that have been under contract in over a year.  We’ll be watching the closed sales over the course of the next few weeks to see if these properties that are currently under contract make it to the closing table.  There was a 30% increase in closing sales in January and that is just what are market needs!
