We had another strong week of home sales in Lake Mary, FL again this week. 9 properties sold - 6 single family homes, 1 townhome and 2 condos. Believe it or not, we are out pacing the sales from last year. As of this date in 2008 there were 33 Lake Mary home sales, this year 42 - a 25% increase. Will this positve housing trend continue?
