We finished the month of December with Lake Mary home sales, our best week of 2009… I know, it’s only February, but I noticed something that has me feeling optimistic. Last week’s Lake Mary market update reflected that there were 70 homes under contract… Six homes sold this week, therefore last week 14 homes went under contract in Lake Mary – What a way to finish the first month of 2009.
The Factors That Can Be Leading To Increased Home Sales in Lake Mary:

Home prices are beginning to stabilize, encouraging buyers to move now
