Lake Mary Real Estate Market

The available homes for sale in Lake Mary, FL continue to stay consistent with a current inventory of 539 homes, up 2 from last week.  The stable inventory is a good sign for our local housing market.  The only number that I would like to see increase is the amount of homes that are currently under contract.  As we move into the Spring and Summer buying season, we need to see more pending homes to have any chance in turning the market around this year.  Stay tuned to see if Lake Mary home buyers realize that it is a great time to buy a home.
