This week we find 540 homes for sale in Lake Mary, FL – 24 of those homes are wee just listed this week. 83 homes are currently under contract and many of those homes are foreclosures and short sales. Only two of the eight sales this week were non-traditional sales, there was one short sale and one foreclsoure. Proving that ”real people” are selling their homes in this market.
