I just finished watching the HGTV Dream Home 2012 Special…  WOW!  HGTV has done it again!  The 2012 HGTV Dream home built just outside of Park City, UT is FABULOUS. I love Florida and living in Lake Mary, but if I won this house, I’d really have to consider making the move.

Here’s what I love about the 2012 HGTV Dream Home:

Four of my favorite things all in one room:  stacked stone, wood floors, exposed beams and painted paneling…  I’m thinking this house was designed for me.

Refrigerator Drawers…  Yes!  Yes!  Yes!

OMG…  Barn Doors to the master bedroom = LOVE!

This is it…  I’ve always wanted a dry sauna.  I’d be in there at least once a day.

I’d never leave the outdoor living room, not even when it was 30 degrees outside… I’d be wrapped up head to toe sitting in front of the fire.

Hey, is that my husband fly fishing in the Provo River?

Yes, this house could work for me

The weekend in Central Florida is meant for one thing…  Getting outside to enjoy the natural beauty that surrounds us.  My favorite weekend destination is New Smyrna Beach, but if you only have a few hours and want to see some of the best of what Seminole County has to offer, you really need to get out and hit the pavement.

The Cross Seminole Trail System has miles and miles of trails for you to explore.  The Big Tree Park Trailhead heads East to Soldier’s Creek and then on to Winter Springs and Oviedo.

We really enjoy our walks together and the well maintained trail system  is a great way to get fresh air and exercise.

You never know what you’ll see…  Had to laugh that this Gopher Turtle was crossing the road right under the Gopher Turtle Crossing Sign.  I couldn’t have planned that even if I tried.
