That’s the one question that I’m asked almost on a daily basis. Lake Mary homeowners and home buyers are very interested in how our local real estate market is performing. It’s easy to see from the information below that even though the number of home sales peaked in 2003, Lake Mary home prices didn’t reach their peak until 2007.  There has been a steady decline in values since 2007 with an average home value decreasing by over 50%, but home sales are rebounding and we anticipate seeing values start to stabilize this year.
